~My spirited interpretation of a heap of different alternative holistic wellness approaches, mulched into a pulp with creativity practices, presented as a "course" packed with tools, resources and personal quips and tips that hopefully help you to feel better.

The infamous F**king Fine
When you are feeling anxious for any reason this can help!
This week i've been thinking a lot about this idea of “letting go” - it's a phrase that´s banded about a lot (i've defo been a culprit in the past!). Sometimes it's implied letting go is a simple and easeful action - a no brainer. But it's a bit of a contradiction i feel. The phrase itself demands awareness and action about a thing, which is ironic considering what the state you're hoping to achieve: non attachment to something, probably.
Let's just get into the body, embrace the feels with no judgement, and breathe and move together.
