60 minute yoga class + 30 minute writing explorations
Welcome in your morning with a yoga practice followed by a writing ritual nestled in the koselig Boksalongen this winter.
Find flow with movement and words and free up space in your morning to start your day on the right foot in this very special intimate environment.
Dionne will share an energising yoga and movement class along with a mindful writing technique she has used for the last decade that helps to clear your mind, tap into your creativity and align with your inner voice.
You will have time to practice so you'll need a notebook or some paper and a pen. Tea and coffee will be served for the writing component.
Strictly limited to 12 people.
Bring your own mat or blanket or other props you need.
