I'm so honoured to offer this self care session as part of the Island Girls Rock Wellness Brunch. So excited! Here's some more info from them on what else to expect:
Yummy food catered by Touch of Class, amazing vibes, goody bags, connecting (or not, it's entirely up to you) opportunities and of course our Island Girls Rock pop up shop where you can treat yourself or loved ones to some pretty cool 'made by Island Girls gifts'. This year the Bajan Beads crew are our featured vendor so come prepared to fall in love with and support this beautiful jewellery brand!
Intention
The world might seem full of conflict and drama right now, but it certainly makes me feel clearer on what work there is to do - and also to nurture and put energy into the things that matter. Like finding ways to feel connected, to make space, to support each other to keep doing better.
“You need a break from the frantic, noisy, overpopulated world. And permission to write, read, rest, draw, do yoga, listen to music, sit and stare – anything that evokes the deepest, most peaceful part of you”
When we can pause and indulge in some self care activities, we can feel more rested, more open and clearer going forward.
What to Expect:
A yoga and movement workshop in a safe, intimate, nourishing and rejuvenating environment for your body and mind. Journey through a grounded flow and restorative self care practice.
Feast on tools and techniques that encourage you to slow down and delve a little deeper into yourself.
Time out to get to know yourself again, thoughts, feelings, body, guts, home. Reacquaint, explore how to come back to yourself and discover ways to maintain self care when we return to the outside world.
A sumptuous and sensual journey discovering the best methods to nurture and support yourself. Addressing how to integrate self care into daily life. More space, stress less, refuel and replenish.
