The biggest practice for so many of us is to trust and really lean into the support that's always around us. A nice way to explore that if we're #WorkingOnIt (all of the time, a lifetime's work!) is through the navel, our centre of power.

Feeling connected and switching on our awareness to this "centre" is the focus for today. So, expect playful explorations in effort and ease! This is part one in a three-part core series i've made exclusively for this journey.

Hope this one helps you feel more fizzy, and at the very least, to befriend all parts of what makes you, you.

You will need:
a yoga block or substitute (a book / a pillow / whatever works!)

Class closes with a little mindfulness meditation using our breath and core.
