A quick luxurious movement practice for feel good ASAP!
Come join me for some rolling around on the floor movement studies!
Take it to the floor! *said in Timbaland voice*
We will start sliding around then transition into some more dynamic twists targeting release in the outer hips, groins and shoulders(but keeping it chill and reclined).
You can take this one at any time of day - this tends to be my end of practice ritual - i hope it´s useful for you whenever you need it!
You will need: a blanket or duvet if you´re going extra luxe!
Ideally a hard floor or pad it up if you have carpet to avoid chaffes!
Remember, it´s your practice, let this be intuitive and divine because you deserve to feel good - always.
