there’s no expectation to do or be anything else. 

instead, we embrace the ride, the feelings. 

and it’s so nice to be back. thank you for being here.

lunar energy. the moon. 🌕

i made this playlist on a new moon, 8th august 2021. a ritual if you will. These songs came through somehow, spoke to my spirit. and i wanted to share them, and so did. and people seemed to enjoy it. so i thought i’d make this into a radio show for you……with extra condiments.

so thank you to the sunflowers and my ancestors who kept me company in the making of this. 🌻🦋

i hoped to create something you could slip on when you needed reminding. 

for the thing about the moon is, it reminds us that life is cyclical. 

we are a part of the natural world. We are nature. and in life, we can sometimes get distracted. or go through hard times and feel distant.

...and what a time it’s been.

but i’d like you to remember the cycles, seasons and that change is your power. and to remember our adaptability in this interdependent ecosystem. 

and to remember that you’re here. 

right now. in this moment.

and i celebrate that. and you and us and this (inter)connectedness

and the opportunity to begin again and again 

so i hope you get to feel held awhile. to soak in the energy and artistry of these beautiful sounds.
