Need to cool down real quick? Here's a breathwork practice for you!
Whether it's a hot day, or you're feeling irritable or "hot headed", or you simply want to settle down and chill, this is a great technique that can help calm and soothe the nerves. It's also great if you experience hot flushes.
There's two ways of doing this technique, either
1) via curling your tongue (depends on your genes tho! here's how it will look)
2) making a "cats bum" shape with your mouth, pursing your lips as though sipping through a straw.
Either is good!
Really hope this helps you stay cool.
Let me know how you go!

Get some SPRING in your step! (lolz, sos!) Let's get lifted! And a bit bananas!
I struggled so much with the weather when living in Norway. It owned me on every level. Thankfully some amazing Norwegians taught me some of the best lessons in how to survive winter. Here´s my top 10 tips!
Feeling low and stuck in a hole? Bummer! Winter blues are more common than we think. So many of us experience overwhelming feelings during this time, or the well observed fatigue and illness that go hand in hand with excess and Xmas shenanigans. Here are some offerings for ways to feel better (especially if you can't fly south for the winter!)
In no way do I consider myself a doctor. But i've experienced a hell of a lot of insomnia in my lifetime. I know i'm not alone, and am frequently asked about ways to manage it, especially at this time of year, so I thought I would put together some suggestions of ways to banish that beast.
Hate backbends? No worry babes!
Heavens of healing sweetness!
Here’s some yoga videos i made for the summertime! You´ll find a selection of styles and themes, like yoga for travel, yoga for when it´s hot outside or for when you simply need to cool it, an energising summer morning practice, plus a build to a "peak" mermaid pose.
Hope there´s something here for everyone!
This is a cooling yoga flow as part of the summer series. In the summer, the idea of flow might feel a little off-putting when it´s so warm outside, but we´re going to tame the spicy meatballs and make things more chill. Let's keep things fluid and soften the hard edges.
This month i'm sharing nuggets from the internet that inspire healing. I hope that this collection offers inspo for introspection, more self care, more self love and space for you to take what you need.
