Cut. down. the. noise.
If there’s a tonne of stuff calling for your attention, chances are it’s going to render you immobile as you try to figure out how you can get it all done yesterday.
Step back for a moment.
Close the tabs on your browser (i use the Chrome extension One Tab to minimise a load of tabs quickly and save them in case i really feel i have to go back to them).
Try to avoid social media that makes you feel a bit naff (a feeling of not being enough is a great sign to look for when letting things go!).
Get quiet and present with yourself.
