Face down burrito 🌯 // Practice with Dionne // Restorative yoga

What can i say about the face down burrito? Only that it's a mega magical tool (imho) i use regularly which helps me settle my nervous system amidst the overwhelm and anguish and regular being-pulled-from- centeredness that is, living through a global pandemic these last two years!

It might not speak to you in the same way, but many of you who have been to my community classes (more recently on the internets via livestreams since March 2020), self care workshops, other creative workshops, retreats, even coaching clients, friends in need, strangers in conversation and more, will be familiar with me sharing this and have told me after practicing it, how much it helps you too.

I learned this technique from one of my dear teachers Bo Forbes and i honour her and her work and we give thanks to the teachers and guides who light the way for us. As always, you know i encourage you do you, take care of yourself and skip this if it's not feeling supportive and try something that does.
Sending love and gentle wraps of tenderness πŸ’œ
