I hold space online to connect and share practices with the community to relieve stress and tension and encourage grounding, ease, connection, pleasure where possible. Self care as community care.

The sessions range in modality and theme, featuring explorations in yoga, somatics, movement, mindfulness, breathwork and creative spacemaking.

You just need access to a computer and a little space for yourself, be it to indulge in movement or spreading out with for creative play.

Q: What is this?
A: Online live-streamed sessions to release tension and create space. 

Q: When is it? 
A: See updated schedule above - feel welcome to join from 5 minutes before class starts to get acquainted. *Check your local time here.

Q: I’ve never used Zoom before. What do I need to do?
A: Create an account for yourself on Zoom.us ahead of class. 
If you are joining a drop in class, you will find a link to join the session in the confirmation mail on purchase of your ticket.

If you’re part of my Patreon community and the event is specified to be free, you’ll get a post with a link to join the Zoom room emailed to you, as well as appearing on your direct Patreon feed from me, so no worries about registering.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts so you can get acquainted and comfortable. I’ll be there so you can ask me any questions privately there (or email ahead of the session).

Recommend using Zoom on a laptop if you have one (easier to see the screen) and tablets also work! Set up your space so you’re in view if possible, and have enough room to lay down on the floor at the end of class.

Q: For the movement sessions, do i need a yoga mat or workout clothes? or anything else for the creative activities?
A: For the yoga + movement: if you have a mat, sure, bring it, but no problem if not. Have a blanket handy for general luxe, but also, for the end of practice “relaxation”, plus any props you enjoy having nearby. That might include a strap/belt/scarf, perhaps a block or book, but you can also show up with nothing but yourself, cause you’re enough.

Sometimes i offer chair yoga sessions, but they will be clearly specified.

For the creative activities: these will also be specified in the details of each date. I try to make these as accessible as possible too, with things you might already have in your home. The key to these ideas is to get creative in our approach, as opposed to feeling we need all the “gear” in order to participate. You are enough. Did i say that already? So let’s have an adventure!

Q: Why do this live?
A: Cause it’s powerful to connect in space with community, be it irl or virtually!
Gathering is a form of action, even if it's "simply" the energy of showing up, and i think when it comes to practice, can also be a form of accountability! Helpful in these times, i think.

Q: I can’t make it these set times and also live in a vastly different timezone. Will you be having more of these?
A: Like so many, we’re building new realities and futures during these changing times. Thank you for bearing with me 💜

It feels important to me to be of service and i’ve been adding to the online schedule these weeks to experiment with alternative times and offerings. My brilliant Patreon community also help me by voting and suggesting what they want to see, so do consider joining us if you have special requests (we also have private hangouts too) and depending on your tier you get access to a library of livestream events forever (as long as they can be housed on the internets anyway!)
