9 minute yoga for shoulder mobility, strength + awareness

Hey you!

Let´s explore giving our shoulders some space in safe and supportive ways. We´ll look at a method you can try to open and strengthen the lats - particularly useful if you feel they could use some attention. So this is a little “awareness exploration” with a little help from a prop!

You will need:
A yoga block or some substitute. I use a record cover, but you could use a light book, a cushion or anything else (please share any creative ideas you come across below!)
