🎤 I´ve been a little more "outward" these days, coming out of my introverted shell of shyness and connecting with the global fam. I was honoured to be interviewed by Kelly Sunrose for the Yoked podcast where i spoke about my yoga journey, life as yoga teacher and polymath in the digital age, and creating the spaces you want to see in the world.
