Cooling breath for hot days!
Need to cool down real quick? Here's a breathwork practice for you!
Whether it's a hot day, or you're feeling irritable or "hot headed", or you simply want to settle down and chill, this is a great technique that can help calm and soothe the nerves. It's also great if you experience hot flushes.
There's two ways of doing this technique, either
1) via curling your tongue (depends on your genes tho! here's how it will look)
2) making a "cats bum" shape with your mouth, pursing your lips as though sipping through a straw.
Either is good!

The breath is oh so powerful and has such a huge impact on the way we feel. It can transform a very anxious situation to something more calming (ever been annoyed by someone who tells you to "just breathe" when you´re stressed out? There´s good reason for it!)
