Foot Massage with tennis ball ๐ŸŽพ

Welcome to your practice! Today iโ€™m sharing a mindful massage and balancing technique i love to use in my daily practice (and if youโ€™ve ever been to one of my movement exploration classes, workshops or retreats, youโ€™ll recognise it!)

We are exploring how we can release tension in our feet (and potentially other parts of our body cause, everything is connected!)

The feet enable us to ground and are our foundation. When we ground we can sense our connection to the earth - and this effects the way we feel and how we hold and carry ourselves. Our feet are literally our foundations, our roots and support, and when we are connected and centred and grounded, we can face anything! Or at the very least, greet the world from a more centred place.

Also, anatomically, our feet are the foundation of so much of what we do, and govern how we move, how we stand, how we be still, so itโ€™s likely that we can map issues that might start from the feet with other parts of the body.

So hereโ€™s to opening up the feet and exploring in our practice.
