It’s hard and it’s real and we can’t ignore the hard sh✨t. But staying with ourselves and acknowledging (if possible what’s there. What hurts? What can we do about it?
An offering:
Stay with yourself.
Find ways of being with yourself in a tender, loving way.
Don’t feel you have to do something about things immediately and take on every single thing causing anguish and despair or anxiety.
Ask, "what small adjustment can i make to offer myself some space and support?"
Let's show up for ourselves and each other. 💜
Love,
Dionne x

Today: Something short but hopefully a helpful reminder for those of you exploring the unknown, whether it might be a new season? A new life role? A new project, perhaps? A new day, or something else!
Have you ever felt it’s time to get up and out of a job, relationship or situation? But then start questioning or doubting yourself? Worrying that quitting somehow makes you a failure?
I feel you.
I’ve been there too.
In today’s podcast, we're exploring how to "be".
In today’s podcast, we’re exploring how to take a holiday when you can’t take a holiday, with lots of low to no cost ideas to rejuvenate your cells, wherever you are.
Todays podcast episode is a rebroadcast of a rebroadcast called new year, new meh, which, at this moment still, wildly resonates with me, and wonder if it might do the same for you.
I hope this meets you where you are, and offers you encouragement, care and support.
This episode is very much about new year and how we can take the pressure off and recognise that we get to choose.
We get to choose how we show up, and we get to step into this newness with intention and realness in ways that feel GOOD, as opposed to making ourselves feel a bit crap for not keeping up, or not doing the things that we wanted to do.
Let’s reframe, and connect in more meaningful and feel good ways.
In today’s episode I’m setting the scene for transitions; Transitioning the season, transitioning something in life, you can apply in whatever way that feels good to you.
This is a chapter preview from the audio book of my online programme ‘Take care of you: Autumn’, an interactive and immersive journey to nurture your creativity and well being and inspire you through the season.
an oldie but hopefully a goldie from 2018 as today, tonight, 23 september 2022, at 02:03 BST it’s the autumn equinox! so i’m sharing heaps of ideas and tools with you to support you in this potent transition and beyond!
In today's podcast, some words of encouragement for those of you on the road with your creative journeys, perhaps you're an artist, perhaps you are someone who is working multiple full time jobs and doing your creative stuff on the side. Maybe you are working with limitations. Perhaps you are someone who is in this world and feeling a little bit out of place.
And especially if you’ve received ‘hate’ or criticism or whatever…
I hope these words can offer you some courage and maybe, some remembering. 💜
In today’s episode, I’m taking you with me to a balcony in the South of France. Outside - at last!
I’m sharing some ideas about wonder and describing leaving home for the first time since March 2020 to return to this old homeland of mine (featuring James Baldwin) and the inevitable interconnected experience of being a working class artist…
