Yoga for headaches // Yoga with Dionne

 
 

I've been speaking with lots of people lately who have been having headaches, so this one's for you if you're looking for relief from tension in the mind or the head...perhaps from overthinking, consuming a lot of information, or being anxious or stressed out. I've also been leaning on this one a lot of late and finding some relief, so wanted to share it with you in hope it serves you.

We will look to create some ease to pause and find a safe space to land, using a prop to rest on and stimulate energy points with a gentle massage. Obviously i'm not a doctor, so do check out anything that's of concern to you and get the support you need. This is for tension, busy mind, tender spots and creating some ease during these hectic times.

You will need
* something you can kneel on comfortably - a mat/blanket (other option given for those of you seated)
* a yoga block/ a book or two Really hope this supports you to feel better.
