Yoga for when you’re a bit sad and need a shift // Yoga with Dionne

 
 

Sad feels? i’ve got your back!

Today i'm sharing a pep-me-up practice i turn to in times when i’m feeling a bit low in energy, maybe a bit sad, or like i need something to help feel a bit more uplifted.

We will explore supported fish pose + meditation + breath work for lifting the heart and tapping into our support. Focus is on opening the front body, lungs, ribs + by using back support.

Props: a block and a blanket. (can substitute with a rolled up blanket/a book or something from your imagination!)

Use this as often as you need but take your time with it (can be an immediate shift!)
